Fifty years ago this was the style in the cafes of south-west France, yet it might have disappeared without the efforts of restaurateur Jean-Pierre Xiradakis. Co-owner of the celebrated Bordeaux eatery La Tupina, Jean-Pierre is a traditionalist and set about reviving the fortunes of his Blanc Lime. Zippy citrus flavours with refreshing sweet notes and gentle bubbles.
