Originally from Reuil en Brie, this cheese is nowadays produced in many regions in France.

This 1 kg big, round, soft cheese with its white mould is one of the most famous French cheeses and very often finishes very well a nice and elegant dinner.

This cheese has only been processed during 3 weeks but it develops many flavours as mushroom and hazelnut overtones.
