This St Maure type goat log is made by Kevin and Alison Blunt.

The recipe was invented by Regis Dussarte, a Frenchman settled in the UK expert in cheeses.

This 225g cheese is ideal eaten simply with a glass of Sancerre, or grilled with a lamb lettuce salad and honey.
