Casenova Caviar de Venise is produced in the semi-natural fish farms of Agroittica Lombarda.
Unlike wild caviar (which can only be extracted twice a year and must therefore be preserved using heavy salting) Casenova Caviar de Venise is extracted practically throughout the year and only requires about 3% salting like a true ‘Malossol’.
Apart from guaranteeing unequalled freshness, this process enhances the natural fragrance and aroma of this caviar.
Up to now, only the most demanding and fortunate gourmets have been able to taste caviar like this.
