Today Appleby's of Hawkstone is the only producer to still use the old cheese making way using handmade cloth to bind their Cheshire Cheeses.

This delivious chees is produced using a traditional family recipe including milk from the Appleby's own farm.

This combination gives the cheese its unique texture and flavour.
